Your Role and Responsibilities
◆◆◆◆ Position Summary, Mission ◆◆◆
The IT Automation/AIOps Product Specialist is responsible for developing solutions to current and future customer issues based on an understanding of the customer's IT environment and IT operations, utilizing IBM IT Automation products and technologies. Develops and maintains relationships with customers and collaborates with various internal teams and members to create value propositions for customers and create opportunities for product proposals.
Lead the development of selling strategies, new business development and partner development in line with the maturity of the FinOps, TBM and AIOps markets in Japan.

◆◆◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ Sales activities for strategic products such as Automation, AIOps, AI, etc., which are currently the focus and investment of the company.

Are you a dynamic sales professional interested in collaborating with IBM teams, including global teams, to solve customer problems?
Are you interested in launching new products in the market and developing product selling plans?

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Must have 5-10 years of sales experience
- Must have experience working with business partners
- 3+ years of sales experience related to ITSM, Observability, IT automation
- Consulting skills for solution-based selling
- Interest in advanced technologies and emerging market trends




Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
・Experience selling to C-Level Suites is preferred
・Experience working with product and development departments of global vendors
