The Total Rewards Lead with focus on Global Compensation & Benefits domain will be responsible for managing key activities within the Total Reward team and partner with People Services Operations team to support global people processes in compliance with internal policies and corporate objectives. This position will maintain and optimize the compensation, benefit, and total rewards ecosystem, understand business requirements, and contribute to best practices.


  • Administer, maintain, and support global compensation programs and procedures, including base and incentive pay, compensation survey management, talent market comp analysis, and ad-hoc job analysis for all types of projects.
  • Provide effective problem solving and communication with all internal and external customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
  • Drives resolution of compensation data issues, and independently makes recommendation for optimal solution in situations where issue is complex.
  • Prepare EIB Mass Data Templates to upload into Workday.
  • Conducts data audits to identify inconsistencies in data sets between ADP Payroll System and Workday HRIS System
  • Engage with the team and support on any operational activities on a day-to-day basis including data crunching and data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs.
  • Understand and follow company policies surrounding data governance, security, and process development.
  • Support the continuous improvement, including harmonization and optimization of total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices.
  • May act as a Project Lead on moderate to complex Total Reward projects and/or compensation system implementation, enhancement, or upgrade.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to improve HR efficiency and productivity.
  • Understand the company and its business units and actively assess and present solutions to serve internal clients, while driving towards harmonized processes.

Qualifications & Skillset:

·Graduation / Post Graduation in HR or relevant field

·Minimum 8 plus years of experience in People Systems with at least 3 plus years of hands-on experience with Workday modules, (e.g., Advanced Comp and HCM) is required and ServiceNow case management and resolution experience is preferred.

·Must have experience in Compensation analysis, Compensation planning, Compensation benchmarking, Survey Submission & Job evaluation.

·Global Compensation Experience, particularly US. Experience or exposure to benefit design is a plus.

·Proficient in database management and data analysis tools, such as Workday, Excel, and other market survey platforms

·Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex compensation challenges.

·Able to multi-task and manage different stakeholders with different cultures.

·As a business requirement willing to work in any shift to support multiple time zones.
