What this job involves Perform general warehouse functions and manage weekly move activities. Maintain asset and inventory to ensure compliance with Facilities operating procedures. Provide ad-hoc support for materials management and MRO.

What is your day to day?  

  • Responsible for managing all activities related to warehouse management that include but not limited to ensuring assets are stored in designated bin locations, maintaining asset data in inventory management system (e.g., iOffice), and collaborating with key client stakeholders and account team to manage the moveable asset disposal process.
  • Partner with third-party vendor to manage weekly move activity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the asset disposal program.
  • Conduct periodic aesthetic inspections in the warehouse space.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to coordinate the delivery and removal of lab equipment and moveable assets maintained in the warehouse space.
  • Perform periodic inventory control cycle counts for moveable assets maintained in the warehouse space.
  • Perform the monthly emergency supplies inventory cycle count, partner with Materials Management Specialist to replenish items, as needed, and conduct new hire training to ensure all colleagues on the account team are aware of the designated locations used to house emergency supplies.
  • Work closely with Facilities residential support team to coordinate storage and removal of furniture items/moveable assets.
  • Execute process to catalog and tag moveable residential, office, and lab assets managed in the space management (e.g., iOffice) system.
  • Represent Facilities team with logistics for recurring Client events/forums.
  • Serve as back-up to Materials Management Specialist to ensure tasks are performed to standard and in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Asset & Inventory Supervisor to generate inventory/warehouse reports, develop maintenance/workspace system knowledge-based materials, and support implementation of maintenance/workspace system enhancements.

Desired experience and technical skills 

Required

  • High school diploma with 3 – 5 years of experience. 
  • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with a variety of systems/software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, foster relationships, and engage stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Motivated to grow and excel in a high-performing organization.

Preferred

  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Corrigo a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments a plus.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

55,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.  The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
