Responsibilities That Bring Your Creativity to Life:

  • Master of Large-Scale Projects: Manage and lead expansive learning design and program management initiatives that set the standard for excellence.

  • Innovate for Impact: Recommend learning solutions that not only enhance individual and organizational capability but also influence positive, real-world behavioral change.

  • Learning Architect: Build bridges across teams, collaborating and consulting on training initiatives, instructional design, and adult learning theory.

Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Zoom and Office 365, and ideally experienced with Articulate and Camtasia.

  • Passion for Learning: Ability to showcase your expertise in instructional design and training facilitation, working hand-in-hand with Subject Matter Experts to craft specialized learning programs.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in cross-functional settings, communicating effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
