As part of an increase in activity, we are looking for a Financial & Reporting Analyst whose main objective is to control in an integrated manner the accounting process oriented towards non-financial assets and liabilities, covering both internal and central reporting within this area to guarantee both their completion on time and their quality.

What you are able to do:

  • Control records of accounts receivable, payable, fixed assets, treasury and taxes.
  • Create financial analysis.
  • Propose improvements to the department's processes.
  • Manage the different external and internal reports.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of projects launched by Corporate, GBU, country or Region that affect financial management.
  • Manage internal and external audits.
  • Main contact with requests from controllers that affect the financial statements.
  • Manage the dialogue with TBSS (Share Service center).
  • Supervise the entire closing process, ensuring its adequacy in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the application of the different controls identified in the ICQ and contribute to their management.
  • Coordinate accounting team.
  • Supervise VAT settlement, as well as SII.
  • Prepare support information for CIT (IS).

  • 4-5 years of experience in the tasks described and using Excel in advanced level.


  • Graduate in Business Administration.
  • English at an independent user level (equivalence levels between B2 corresponding to the Common European Framework).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power point, access).
  • Used to work with an ERP preferably ORACLE and MAGNITUDE for reporting.
  • High knowledge of General Accounting and financial statements, financial policies, treasury, financing instruments and financial markets.

Main competencies/skills:

  • Great orientation to the achievement of objectives, analytical, methodical, versatile and flexible.
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative / autonomy.
  • Diplomatic and discreet.

  • Trainings in leadership, project management, etc.
