What your day-to-day will look like:  

  • Develop and execute a strategic communication framework and plan aimed at our stakeholders and clients. This will include evaluating current content and building toward a future state.
  • Work proactively with senior leaders in JBS to create meaningful communications that address the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Write compelling content and messaging related to the identified audiences for documents and presentations.
  • Work across teams and sources to develop relevant and timely communication collateral that effectively shares progress and successes.
  • Manage content across all channels related to identified audiences including email, SharePoint, meeting content, and presentations.
  • Ensure message consistency and content accuracy across all sources.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to create compelling material that brings our story to life.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of Consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership to develop messaging.
  • Experience as a professional communicator and/ or consulted embedded in a business is required.
  • Experience designing messaging and channels to stakeholder audiences is required.
  • Significant writing and editing experience is required.
  • Experience with SharePoint layout and design is preferred.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors in a related field required; Masters preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to manage work-related projects and timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality communications collateral with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability working on virtual teams in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience in managing change while delivering on client expectations.
