Job Description

The Amazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon ecosystem which offers millions of sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business using Amazon’s reach and expertise. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics and Apparel to Consumables and beyond. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries.

Compliance Services aims to transform the way Sellers can fulfil their Compliance obligations in EU. We seek a Senior Marketing Manager to develop marketing channel strategy for compliance services by gaining a deep understanding of the seller journey.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to derive insights using data. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively juggle multiple projects, is self-motivated and eager to learn about our business. As we are still taking the first steps in this space, this role also offers the opportunity for the right candidate to be entrepreneurial and chart their own vision for how this role can best help sellers.

Key job responsibilities
• Define value proposition and communication plan for compliance services on Amazon
• Derive insights from data and partner teams to understand seller journey on Amazon and identify relevant marketing channels and seller touch points
• Explore and test new relevant marketing channels for Compliance services on Amazon
• Collaborate with Product teams to develop new marketing tools and ingresses, and drive marketing automation
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting across Marketing and Self-service registration for Amazon’s compliance products
• Assess opportunities to further enhance Seller Experience and remove friction points
• Manage/influence stakeholders across regions by showing strong bias for action and ownership

Hyderabad, TS, IND

Basic Qualifications:

- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 4+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Knowledge of SQL at the interemdiate level

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
- Experience with A/B testing
- Knowledge of SQL at the intermediate level
