The Service Analyst 2 is an intermediate position responsible for workflow analysis of departmental systems, workforce and procedures in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across all product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements
  • Write specifications for new report programs, spreadsheets and other devices to produce reports
  • Develop and prepare reports and records relating to a particular project
  • Provide basic assistance within a specific section of the company's customer service function
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Recommend appropriate actions to resolve identified problems, as needed
  • Apply knowledge of how business teams interact with others in accomplishing Customer Service goals and assist with identifying policy gaps and formulating policies
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a related role
  • Basic level of experience in a related role (combination of education/experience)
  • Ability to exchange information in a clear and concise way
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Checker de conciliación de cobranza recibida vs bases de saldos y flujos. Mejoras en procesos.
  • Checker de que los insumos cargados a Teradata sean correctos.
  • Cheker del proceso de revisar consistencia de bases. Mejoras en procesos.
  • Elaboración de base de insumo para proporcionar información de AML y Sanciones.
  • Analisis mensual de las variaciones del portafolio por over, bucket, regímen, ROAs vencidos, etc.
  • Validación de intereses que no fueron devengados por contratos adscritos a los programas de Medidas Extraordinaria por COVID.
  • Validación de que los importes de pago recibidos por siniestros son correctos.
  • Validación y análisis del importe de primas de seguros que se pagan mensualmente
  • Checker de que los siniestros cobrados que se suben a sistema coinciden con los pagos reales y con la contabilidad.
  • Apoyo en seguimiento de causas de siniestros cuyo pago ha sido rechazado por Seguros Banamex.
  • Revisión de cifras que realiza el equipo de operaciones (consistencia entre base de datos y libros contables)
  • Dar respuesta a las observaciones del área de operaciones sobre diferencias entre cifras, estatus de Citibanamex e Infonavit, derivadas de criterios de aplicación diferenciados.
  • Seguimiento a la generación de provisión y pagos por concepto de service fee.
  • Análisis de registros en deudores / acreedores generados por el proceso contable a nivel contrato e instrucciones de salida.
  • Realizar análisis de importes de certificación generados por operaciones por concepto de certificación, aclarando la causa de las diferencias entre flujos recibidos y variaciones de saldos de contratos.
  • Diseño de queries y descarga de información que se utiiza como insumo para procesos de reportes a CNBV, pagos históricos, causas de baja, megatedarata, etc. Apoyo en mejora de procesos operativos relacionados.
  • Apoyo en análisis de situaciones  one-time relacionadas con el comportamiento del portafolio o la información reportada por Infonavit: consultas co equipo de Riesgos, Operaciones, BSS, Contraloría, areas de tecnología, etc.
  • Validación de garantías recibidas y elaboracion de propuesta de aplicación, seguimiento de acreedores generados.

SE REQUIERE:

  • Escolaridad:Ingeniero industrial o Licenciatura en Economía o experiencia equivalente
  • Experiencia previa en administración de bases de datos
  • Manejo de office – intermedio-avanzado
  • Habilidades persuasión, negociación
  • Deseable experiencia en programación (creación de simuladores, diseño de querys)
  • Deseable Inglés - intermedio
