• Enters and/or updates patient information to ensure compliance data is available and to enable reporting on key measures.
• Reviews and completes patient identity updates and workqueus to facilitate a quality of Master Patient Index
• Provides support for patient and provider portal access
• Performs corrective actions as requested for document scans, fax failures, index corrections.
• Provides support for electronic health information exchange
