Launch – Amazon’s corporate MBA program for Europe

Launch offers an 8-10 week internship, providing you with deep exposure to one of our diverse European business areas. As a Launch Intern, you will partner with key business groups and cross-functional teams to analyze unique business ideas, make data driven decisions, and provide input to drive meaningful change. You will have exposure to senior level management and the opportunity to apply general business and functional skills to support successful development and execution of strategy. Interns will be allocated either a project, where you will act as an in-house consultant on a piece of work with tangible business impact, or a functional role, where you will experience the day-to-day life of a full-time Launch MBA at Amazon.

Should you be successful in your internship, you will be considered for a place on our full-time launch program.

Launch recruits top MBA international talent and builds broad, adaptable Amazonians across corporate businesses in Europe. The program provides a platform for MBAs to make the successful transition from their pre-MBA experience to Amazon. We run a three-year program offering two job rotations supported through on-boarding activities, core training modules, networking opportunities, and mentorship. Launch MBAs start by diving deep to understand customers and how the business is meeting their needs, then apply the learning from their MBA and their own creativity, to identify the opportunities where they can make the biggest difference. At the end of the three-year program, MBAs have integrated into Amazon’s peculiar ways and have acquired a diverse set of experience that enable them to take ownership of their next career move through Amazon’s extensive internal job opportunities. Through the rotation process, MBAs are able to move to a new function, business, and/or European location.

Opportunities within different business areas vary each year, and can include: Consumer, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Prime Video, and Devices/Alexa.

Reminder: Multiple locations available in United Kingdom, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION:
• You only need to submit one Amazon job application for all roles listed below (please use your school e-mail).
• You will have the opportunity to specify job location and business area preference when you submit your application through the Amazon Jobs portal.
• Launch MBA internships are a route into our full-time Launch MBA Program; please select an internship location reflecting where you want to work full-time. Fluency in English is essential for all roles and local language skills are highly desirable for some internships, but are not essential for every role.
• We are looking for candidates who want to own, build, and directly impact the customer experience in any area of Amazon over being tied to a specific role or team. The role and team placement will be based on business needs and as Amazon continues to grow we cannot guarantee that you will be based in the location or business area of your choice, but we will do our best to take your preferences into account.
• Make sure to list your MBA program and expected conferral date (month and year) within the Education section of your online application and on your resume.
• Resumes (CVs) only; We do not accept cover letters.
