Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will support the cluster General Manager. The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and to manage multiple assignments and requests simultaneously.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage and complete expense reports for General Manager as needed
- Maintain schedules, diaries for General Manager with diplomacy and discretion
- Track actions from key meetings for General Manager
- Schedule cost effective travel arrangements for the General Manager
- Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Assisting cluster sites with creation of purchase orders for non tech items
- Partner with General Manager and cluster senior leadership teams to maintain sites policies as necessary
- Partner with Regional Executive Assistant to maintain company policies as necessary

A day in the life
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be based in one of our sortation centers. You’ll support the cluster General Manager with their schedule and shifting priorities.

Your typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and availability outside predefined working hours. You might be required to travel between sites.

Basic Qualifications:

- Advanced proficiency in local language in both written and verbal communication
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Experience in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks.
