Job Description:

You will join TEYYP-TL1 MAP Systems. We are looking for candidates with experience-knowledge in Comms and Cockpit systems (ATAs 23/43/31/34/56). Knowledge in other systems will be highly valued as well.

MAP SYSTEMS mission is developed at the intersection of the Program, Industrial and Engineering domains, acting as a principal actor during the FAL Build Process, Ground Testing, Flight Testing and Delivery Process. It is composed of a multidisciplinary, cross-functional and international team of highly skilled and motivated engineers.

In this position you´ll have a unique opportunity to be as close as possible to the physical Aircraft and deeply involved trough the complete Aircraft´s design, build, test process, Aircraft operations and Delivery to the Customers.

This role requires the ability to adapt to MAP environment and to develop strong links with all Engineering, DTO, FAL, Flight Tests, Flight Line, Flight Crews, Quality, Delivery and Production teams.

Task & accountabilities

Being the current scope A400M & C295 programs, main tasks are:

- Diagnose and ensure resolution of any technical problem on Aircraft for the concerned systems.

- Master the change process and configuration for your systems. Assisted by our Configuration Manager, you will support the introduction and fine tuning of new system standards to continuously improve the Aircraft (via Special Instructions / full change process)

- Ensure continuous airworthiness and safety.

- Participate and lead when necessary the non-conformity process, mainly HNC/DQN/ TLB/ PFR/ERCs, during the assembly and flight testing, during PATM & CAM phases.

- Highlight, and lead when necessary, any maturity issue related to the system under his scope.

- Keep in contact with the rest of design offices and suppliers in order to provide malfunctions technical feedback and to get information about new developments.

- Keep in contact with the rest of MAPs in other programs to support and reinforce inter-program collaboration

- Represent Design Office in front of Seville authorities and customers.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Educated to Telecommunication, Electronic or Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.

- At least, 3-year experience in Systems Engineering in any of the A/C systems.

- Experience in Design Office, MAP, Analysis (RTA) or Manufacturing/Tests would be a plus.

- Capacity to adapt to MAP environment, in permanent interface with many departments as Engineering, FAL, Flight Tests, Quality and Production, etc.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- English :Advanced.

- Spanish :Advanced.

- Knowledge in the following areas will be highly valued as well: CMS and PFR structure, Final Assembly Line Process, AirN@v, SIL, AOT, FOT and any other customer information set.

– NATO Secret Crypto accreditation for A400M will be appreciated.
