Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for the Emergency Management program at OhioHealth under the leadership of the System Director, Environment of Care, Safety, Emergency Preparedness.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for the Emergency Management program of OhioHealth under the leadership of the System Director, Environment of Care, Safety, Emergency Management. This role will be involved in the day to day building, maintaining, and improving of the program. This is an on-site role, meaning you will work closely with a wide variety of teams across the ohiohealth portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Joint Commission emergency management standards, but also assist with designing of exercises, education around incident command, and all facets of an "all hazards" emergency preparedness program.
Training through CDP, FEMA, NETC, is highly sought after. Experience with ICS100,200,300,400,700 and HSEEP methodology will hold a lot of weight in the recruiting process.
