Description

The Manager, Care Management leads teams of nurses and BH professionals responsible for BH care management. This role works with specific guidelines and procedures; applied advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objective and determines approach, resources, schedules, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Overseas the assessment and evaluation of enrollee's behavioral health needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding Enrollees and their families toward and facilitates interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of Enrollees.
• Makes decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area.
• Works cross-departmentally
• Conducts briefings and area meetings and maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.

               

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Licensed Social Work (SW) or Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends.
• Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must reside in Oklahoma, preferably Oklahoma City

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in nursing or business health field
• Previous experience working in a managed care field
• 5 or more years of previous management/supervisor level experience
