INTERNSHIP ROLE
 

We are looking for a Merchandising Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.
 

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

• Lineplan Weekly Updates: update and maintain the line plan on a weekly basis, ensure accurate representation of product assortment, collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Support in the preparation of the GTM milestones: consumer and competitors research, price comparisons, update product overview, provide analysis.

• Data Management/System Maintenance: populate accurately the PLM Software.

• Provide support to Marketing for the Catalogue Creation: coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the seamless flow of product information, provide accurate and up-to-date product details, imagery, and descriptions as per marketing requirements.

• Support SMU process: collect requests, support and coordinate with global merch and design team, ensure PLM system set up.

• Samples Management.

• Answer to ad hoc requests regarding Product Information: liaise with Global to gather missing information, record video trainings.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

• You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you are going to graduate between January – April 2024 – it’s a must.

• You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.

• You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.

• First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO

• Start date: April 15th 2024.

• For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

• We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
