Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Strategic Key Accounts to join our Napapijri team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
With a reporting line to the Director, Wholesale & Strategic Accounts you will drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned key accounts while representing the brand externally and the accounts internally as an ambassador towards all functions.
How You Will Make a Difference
Lead strategic key account management and develop a strategic account plan based on Napapijri strategic priorities creating partnerships across all departments and key stakeholders to support accounts growth in the most effective way.
Develop the strategic accounts FY and seasonal sales targets/forecasts based on the FY revenue budget working in conjunction with finance, sales operations and sales leader.
Work closely with wider sales team, operations, finance and marketing to keep the strategic accounts agenda (process, focus, support) as a priority.
Meet top accounts and implement strategic business review processes to create sustainable plans and mutual beneficial partnership.
Segment and differentiate the international strategic accounts by implementing effectively relevant brand and sales strategies, channel strategy and SMU program when needed.
Ensure and manage efficiently the sell in, sales operations, G2N management and re-order management.
Monitor business progress by tracking seasonal pre-orders participating to weekly calls and appropriates meetings.
Make sure you differentiate the accounts by implementing when possible key program and communicate effectively relevant strategies across relevant stakeholders.
Create, review, and present an account specific assortment plan on a seasonal basis.
Measure & track success thru scorecard metric for top accounts.
Lead and coordinate sales programs as well as various strategic account initiatives in partnership with the Sales Operations.
Establish an understanding of core consumers and channel relevant buying trends in order to formulate guidelines for consumer centric opportunities within the accounts.
Skills for Success
Strong commercial instincts with proven success in growing sales and customer satisfaction through customer interaction and operational efficiencies
Previous experience of successfully working within Fashion Industries or Sporting goods at a similar level
Previous experience working with large scale retailer(s) and global markets
Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
Results orientated attitude
University degree in business with sales focus or equivalent
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong presentation skills
