Job Description Summary:
The Point of Care Testing Coordinator is responsible for the operations of laboratory testing performed in the Free-Standing Emergency Departments across central Ohio. Responsibilities include: equipment evaluation; training and certification of staff; monitoring of quality control, proficiency testing and quality assurance; preparation of procedure manual; and compliance with deferral, state and local regulations and accreditation standards.Flexible hybrid scheduling. Prior experience with POC preferred.
Ability to work independently and successfully function in a fast paced, service-oriented environment required. Must communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
Minimum Qualifications:
