Job Description Summary:

Assists the Clinical Nutrition Services Director in managing the operations of the Clinical Nutrition Services Department. Supervises clinical nutrition departmental operations, quality metrics, and clinical practice advancement through coordination of administrative and fiscal management, and performance accountability. Supervises the scope and all of Clinical Nutrition Services in relation to hospital services and community need and in accordance with all regulatory requirements. Responsible for hiring new associates, administering corrective action, and conducting associate evaluations within Clinical Nutrition Services. In collaboration with the Director, develops and communicates strategic goals and objectives. Supports the Director and the clinical nutrition team in establishing, implementing, and maintaining a measurable focus on quality and service enhancement, cost reduction and customer and associate satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5-7 years’ experience, preferred.

2 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferred.

Master’s degree or specialty certification, preferred.

Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. 

Licensed Dietitian with the State Medical Board of Ohio.
