Position Summary

Join CVS Health as a Sr. Analyst. This position will report directly to a Sr. Manager or Lead Director in the Long Term Care division of CVS Health. A sharp focus on cross-platform stability, quality of service, continuous improvement, and risk remediation/mitigation is necessary for success.

You will provide multi-discipline support and direction to resolve complex issues and recommend solutions to ensure Long-Term Care (LTC) business operations continuity.

You must be able to work independently when required to carry out initiatives.

This position will require direct interaction with users, Business partners, IT peers, and IT Management team members to collaborate on compliance and enhancement opportunities. Vendor relationship management is also required to elicit positive results from their collaboration. Oral and written communication skills are essential.

Results oriented with strong customer focus on results is required.

Requires periodic work to be performed on weekends and nights outside of the normal business hours to help support any production release or issue if needed. Ability to travel to select CVS locations when required.

Required Qualifications
Familiarity with LTC Pharmacy Automation and Facility Automation is required. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, along with documentation and organizational skills is also required. The successful candidate will have experience with the LTC Buy-and-Operate pharmacy’s suite of applications and interfaces. The ability to query data from these applications is necessary. And the ability to work with a variety of vendor support teams to address vulnerabilities and issues for the suite of applications is required.

Requires periodic work to be performed on weekends and nights outside of the normal business hours to help support any production release or issue if needed. Ability to travel to select CVS locations when required.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with networking devices, network structure, multi-function printers (MFP), Windows workstations, medication packaging heat sealers, hand-held scanners is beneficial.
Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in support and maintenance of LTC Buy-and-Operate Pharmacy application suite. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related technical field strongly preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$73,500.00 - $150,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
