COMPLETE Cable Fabricator/Assembler - Sterling, VA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This sub family is responsible for all activities related to the assembly of products. Duties may include performing both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations, working from diagrams and drawings, and using hand an power tools.

• Impact:

Works to achieve day-to-day objectives that consist of non-routine activities and have significant impact on the work output. Works independently under limited supervision.

• Complexity:

Solves initially unclear problems and issues, which may require some analysis to understand and resolve. May be required to use discretion within the family's normal operating procedure to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the family.

• Communication:

Communicates with contacts typically on same project and within the family to obtain or provide information on matters of moderate importance to the job family.

• Knowledge:

Has a basic understanding of all aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered.

• Typical Education & Experience:

Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities

      Direct experience of making cables, harnessing, assemblies of ADNS, Canes, Workstation, and other projects.

Inspection of cables and assembly, on as need bases

Basic Qualifications

Direct experience of making cables, assemblies, Inspection and testing, use of voltmeter, and other test devices.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $36,400.00 - $65,800.00
