COMPLETE Knowledge Manager - Valparaiso, FL

The Defense Group at Leidos has an opening for a Knowledge Manager to work with our customer at Eglin AFB, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support the Joint Assessment Division mission with management of knowledge operations collaboration programs, processes, and records keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customer and contractor staff to develop processes that enhance project tasks, organization and assignment, plans, deliverables, schedule, and costs.
• Develop knowledge operations collaboration processes to facilitate ease of function and accessibility for customers and contractors – e.g., content organization and location, document approval and publication processes, records keeping processes.
• Provide day-to-day updates to collaboration and records keeping processes.
• Provide staff personnel, branch chiefs and the division chief with specialized program support, as required.
• Organizational domains include two locations (Eglin AFB FL, Suffolk VA).
• Knowledge domains include multiple classification levels (SIPR, NIPR, Unclassified), Sharepoint and Intelink sites, externally facing website, shared drives (on-premise, local offsite servers).

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree with 10+ years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience. Additional experience, certifications or trainings may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance.
• Understanding of management of knowledge operations collaboration programs, processes, and records keeping.
• Ability to provide general administrative and knowledge management support.
• Ability to communicate with peers to explain facts, processes and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients to determine business and analytical requirements for documents and presentations.
• Experience with collaborative web service applications, tools, and architectures.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $75,400.00 - $136,300.00
