The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has an opening for an OASS Accreditation and Quality Assurance Analyst, supporting the Army National Guard (ANG) Aviation Training Services and Operational Support (ATSOS) program in Marana, AZ. Leidos is the prime contractor providing flight training, simulation training, classroom instruction and schoolhouse support activities including the One Army School System (OASS) integration, and Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) maintenance for platforms and simulation devices in use or anticipated to be in use by the Army National Guard.

The One Army School System (OASS) Accreditation and Quality Assurance Analyst will support the ATSOS program within Army TRADOC accreditation standards and institutional training management as prescribed in TRADOC Regulation series 350. The OASS Accreditation and Quality Assurance Analyst will plan and execute OASS programs to ensure OASS accreditation, student training, instructor certification and evaluation, and staff/faculty development. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience supporting the ATSOS program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform updates to existing Training Support Packages for courses instructed at the AATS locations when the Aviation proponent makes requirement changes.  Update requirements include, the Training Support Packages, Programs of Instruction, Course Management Plans, Student Evaluation Plans, Lesson Plans, and Flight Training Guides.

  • Manage instructor certification, evaluation and professional development to ensure AATS assigned instructors comply with TRADOC series 350 standards.

  • Validate initial instructor certification and provide quarterly instructor evaluations IAW TD 350-18.

  • Review 25% of paper and electronic instructor records for all AATS instructors at a quarterly interval to ensure instructor documentation records are complete to TRADOC standards.

  • Provide quarterly instructor professional development instruction IAW TRADOC series 350 regulations.

  • Administer the AATS Test Control Program IAW TRADOC Pamphlet 350-70-5.  The contractor shall conduct a quarterly review of all paper and electronic tests administered under an approved course Training Support Package.  IAW TR Pam 350-70-5, the contractor shall ensure test records are established, maintained and destroyed as required.

  • Conduct annual review of local AATS OASS SOPs, provide proposed changes to the AATS Commander or his designated representative.

  • Conduct weekly inspections of all AATS classrooms utilizing TRADOC or AATS approved checklists to observe training, monitor course delivery, inspect classroom conditions, and inspect visitor books IAW TRADOC 350 series regulation and local AATS SOP.

  • Conduct quarterly inspection of all student records, flight-training records, and individual training records to ensure student records are maintained IAW TRADOC 350 series regulations. Utilize approved TRADOC and AATS checklists when conducting inspections.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years' experience; or a Bachelors Degree and 4 years’ experience; or a Masters degree and 2 years' experience

  • Army Training Requirements and Resources System School Manager Certification.

  • Experience conducting evaluations of Army Aviation Collective Training and conducting instruction of Aviation Non-Rated Crew Member qualifications.

  • Prior Army quality assurance IAW TRADOC regulations.

  • Prior experience at the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), U.S. Army Aviation Logistics School (USAALS), Army National Guard Aviation Training Site (AATS), or equivalent.

  • Recipient of aviation maintenance MOS qualification through an approved USAALS/AATS or other service equivalent course.

  • The contractor shall ensure that their employees have a favorable background investigation or hold a security clearance and access approvals commensurate with the level of information processed or available to them.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance; an interim Secret level security clearance is acceptable to begin work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.  

ATSOS

Pay Range:

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
