Summary:
In the role of User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking design concepts and rapidly transforming them into tangible prototype solutions that enhance user interaction. This position requires balancing the creative aspects of design with the practical considerations of technical feasibility. The role demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the software engineering solutions developed contribute to an optimized and seamless user experience. Continuous iteration and refinement of prototypes are key activities, ensuring alignment with both design intent and project goals throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate user experience considerations into software development processes.
- Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delphix.
- Experience with data virtualization and data masking technologies to support development and testing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experience solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delphix.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
