About the role 

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role oversees the organization and execution of restaurant operations during all meal periods, coordinates team activities, and ensures efficient and consistent service across all areas of the department.

What you will do 

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.

• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to maintain high performance and service standards.

• Manage reservations, table allocation, and service flow to optimize operational efficiency.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and restaurant offerings.

• Ensure the highest levels of quality, hospitality, and attention to detail in all guest interactions.

• Support the achievement of departmental goals through effective leadership and operational oversight.

 

What you bring 

• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language.
