💼 Wat ga je doen?

Als Manager ben jij de kapitein van het schip. Samen met je assistent(en) stuur je alle activiteiten van het station aan. Jij bepaalt de koers en zorgt dat iedereen mee aan boord is. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

• Je bent een echte Manager Coach: je motiveert je team, luistert actief en lost problemen op. Je zorgt voor een correcte opleiding van je teamleden om samen de targets te bereiken
• Je maakt de uurroosters op
• Je waakt over de klantentevredenheid én het welzijn van je team
• Je garandeert de netheid en goede staat van het station (shop/piste), de beschikbaarheid van producten in de rekken en een verzorgde presentatie van de food corner
• Je ziet toe op het naleven van alle procedures en geldende voedselveiligheidsnormen
• Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging (bestellingen, inventarissen, enz.) terwijl je ook operationeel meedraait op de werkvloer. Je waakt erover dat de vooropgestelde KPI’s worden behaald

Kortom: jij bent een Manager Coach die eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt én zelf meewerkt 💪.

💼 Tes missions

En tant que Manager, tu es le capitaine du navire. Avec ton 1er vendeur ou tes Teamleaders, tu gères l’ensemble des activités de ta station. Tu fixes le cap et tu t’assures que tout le monde avance dans la même direction.

Tes tâches sont notamment :

• Tu es un vrai Manager Coach : tu sais motiver ton équipe, être à l’écoute et régler les éventuels problèmes. Tu assures également la bonne formation des membres de ton équipe afin d’atteindre ensemble les objectifs fixés
• Tu établis les horaires de travail de l’équipe (shifts)
• Tu veilles à la satisfaction des clients et au bien-être de ton équipe
• Tu assures la propreté et la bonne tenue de la station (shop/piste), la disponibilité des produits en rayon ainsi qu’une présentation soignée du food corner
• Tu veilles au respect des procédures et des normes de sécurité alimentaire
• Tu assures le suivi administratif (commandes, inventaires, etc.) tout en étant opérationnel sur le terrain. Tu t’assures d’atteindre les KPI fixés
• Tu analyses les chiffres de vente et établi des plans d’action si nécessaire

En bref : tu prends les rênes de l’équipe tout en restant au cœur de l’action 💪.

• Tu es hands-on et tu assumes l’entière responsabilité de ton équipe

• Tu es un(e) véritable solution finder : face à un défi, tu vois avant tout des opportunités et des solutions.
• Tu es organisé(e), responsable et convaincant(e)
• Tu parles français et te débrouilles en néerlandais ou en anglais pour accueillir et conseiller les clients.

💼 What will you do?

As a Manager, you are the captain of the ship. Together with your Assistant Manager(s), you lead all activities at the station. You set the course and ensure everyone is on board and working towards the same goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a true Manager Coach: motivating your team, actively listening, and solving problems. You ensure your team members receive the right training to achieve targets together
• Creating staff schedules and managing workforce planning
• Monitoring both customer satisfaction and the well-being of your team
• Ensuring the cleanliness and overall condition of the station (shop and forecourt), product availability on shelves, and an attractive presentation of the food corner
• Ensuring compliance with all procedures and applicable food safety standards
• Managing administrative follow-up, including orders, inventory management, and reporting, while also working operationally on the shop floor
• Ensuring that predefined KPIs and business objectives are achieved

In short: you're a Manager Coach who takes full responsibility while also leading by example and working alongside your team 💪.
