About the Role

Join Accenture in a role where you will use advanced SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM) expertise to develop business solutions that improve performance and profitability. You will collaborate across teams and with stakeholders, translate business needs into practical designs, and contribute to decisions that address both current priorities and future requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business solutions using industry, functional, and business expertise.

• Design functional and application solutions using SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM).

• Translate stakeholder and business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

• Ensure solution designs effectively address current and future business requirements.

• Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups to support successful solution delivery.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and profitability.

• Contribute expertise and recommendations to key solution and business decisions.

• Continuously evaluate solutions and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM).

• Demonstrated ability to develop functional and application designs based on business requirements.

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into practical solutions.

• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis.

• Intermediate proficiency in project coordination.

• Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder communication.

• Beginner proficiency in change management.
