Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Moldes / Maquinados to join our manufacturing team at Valeo Management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in mold making, machining, and precision manufacturing processes within a dynamic automotive supplier environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist senior technicians and engineers in the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of molds.
* Operate and monitor various machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
* Perform accurate measurements and inspections of machined components and mold parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
* Learn and apply fundamental principles of tooling, material science, and manufacturing processes.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues related to molds and machined parts.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
* Document work performed and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or vocational training in machining, mold making, or a related field is a plus.
* Basic understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.
* A strong desire to learn and develop new skills in a hands-on environment.

* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, basic metrology, and continuous improvement.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is preferred.
* Proficiency with basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage but not required.

* Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
