Circle K Business Centre in Riga,Latvia is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:

Specialist Credit with Norwegian language skills in debt collection team

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices; 
• Collaborate with Business units and external debt collection agencies;  
• Prepare and analyze weekly debt aging portfolio and define debt collection actions; 
• Serve customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings; 
• Balance confirmations for customers; 
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency; 
• Assist with internal and external audits; 
• Participate in improvement projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Degree in accounting or related field; 
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; 
• Experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as an advantage); 
• Fluency in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe; 
• Fluency in Norwegian (both – oral and written) to communicate with partners in Norway; 
• Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality; 
• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
