Quality Engineering professional responsible for supporting software quality across Performance Engineering & Testing. The role contributes to the planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

The candidate will specialize in Performance Engineering & Testing. Responsibilities can include performance test design and execution, performance diagnostics, non-functional requirement validation, workload and performance-analysis activities, and the definition or adoption of reusable

Quality Engineering assets.

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
• Experience in Performance Testing.
• Ability to work with Agile delivery teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-cultural teams.

Work Modality

• Hybrid: For candidates located near our Monterrey or Mexico City offices.
• Remote: For candidates residing in a state where the company does not have an office.
