Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with hands-on expertise in BeyondTrust Password Safe Administration and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in privileged access governance, session monitoring and recording, automated discovery and onboarding, role-based access control, access policy management, and SAML integration with Microsoft Entra ID. The role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, security, and identity teams to implement and enhance enterprise PAM solutions while supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and support BeyondTrust Password Safe platform.
- Configure and manage session monitoring and recording for RDP and SSH access.
- Implement Discovery Scanner and automate onboarding of systems and accounts.
- Create and maintain Smart Rules, Smart Groups, and Access Policies.
- Provision and manage privileged access through RBAC.
- Support SAML/SSO integration with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage managed systems, managed accounts, and privileged access workflows.
- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and collaborate with infrastructure, AD, cloud, and security teams.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts and security best practices.
- Experience in privileged access governance and access lifecycle management.
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and problem solving skills.
- Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks associated with privileged access.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements applicable to cloud services.
- Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures for managed security services.
