As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of software components through effective project management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python or Java.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
