Project Role : Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategies, including defining endpoints and mapping data flows. The role requires active participation throughout the project life-cycle, from analyzing requirements to overseeing deployment and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration approaches align with overarching business objectives, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams and contributing to the smooth execution of integration tasks within the project framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration efforts with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
- Monitor integration processes to identify and mitigate potential risks proactively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in analyzing and documenting integration points and data flow between systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive integration success.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and deployment strategies in complex software environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and optimize system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
