Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities
1 Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements related to device management and exception module
2 Resolving the tickets based on the agreed TAT in contract
3 Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks
4 Perform the enhancement and changes
5 Propose the solution as part of global template and recommend the architectural or business changes.

Technical Experience
1 Strong SAP ABAP development experience with expertise in SAP IS-U modules including Billing, Device Management, Meter Reading, FI-CA, and CRM Integration.
2 Extensive experience in developing complex RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
3 Hands-on expertise in ABAP Objects, OData, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services.
4 Strong experience in SAP IS-U Master Data Templates (MDT), including custom enhancements, validations, data migration, and automation of master data creation processes.
5 Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 application development, including custom Fiori applications, Launchpad configuration, OData service development, and integration with SAP IS-U business processes.
6 Experience in developing applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and exposure to SAP Fiori Elements.
7 Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Integration Suite, SAP Build, CAP, Destination Services, and cloud integration scenarios.
8 Proven expertise in SAP HANA/S/4HANA development using CDS Views, AMDP, code pushdown techniques, and performance tuning.
9 Experience leading end-to-end SAP IS-U implementation, upgrade, rollout, production support, and integrating with SAP FI/CO, CRM, PM, PI/PO, CPI, and third-party utility systems.
10 Excellent technical leadership, client-facing communication, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum experience, code review expertise, and mentoring of development teams.
