About the location:

Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.

About the Role

As a Kids For All Seasons Attendant, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable environment where children can learn, play, and explore. Through thoughtful care, creative activities, and genuine hospitality, you will ensure that our youngest guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for while providing parents with peace of mind during their stay. 

 

What you will do 

• Supervise and care for children participating in the Kids For All Seasons program, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. 

• Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate, and engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and social interaction. 

• Create memorable experiences for children through games, arts and crafts, outdoor recreation, and other interactive activities. 

• Welcome children and families with warmth, enthusiasm, and personalized attention, reflecting the Four Seasons standard of service. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, ensuring all toys, equipment, and activity areas meet established safety and hygiene standards. 

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's needs, participation, and any relevant concerns. 

• Follow all established childcare procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response guidelines. 

• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the quality of the children's program and deliver exceptional guest experiences. 

 

 

What you bring:  

• A genuine passion for working with children and creating positive, memorable experiences for them. 

• Previous experience in childcare, recreation, education, or a similar role is preferred. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues. 

• A fun, creative, patient, and energetic personality, with the ability to engage children of different ages and interests. 

• A strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness to children's safety, well-being, and individual needs. 

• The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a dynamic hospitality environment. 

• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to business needs. 

• CPR, First Aid, or relevant childcare certifications are an asset.
