Full Stack Engineer - Kathmandu, Nepal | IQVIA Job

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 2+ years of experience in web application development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java, ReactJS, Angular, Grails, REST APIs, and MySQL while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build and support REST APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support junior team members and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJS, Angular, Groovy/Grails.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, GPT, etc.).
