  • Test and optimize RDMA and RoCE solutions for performance and reliability.
  • Investigate issues across applications, networking libraries, drivers, firmware, and switches.
  • Analyze packet drops, congestion, latency, and throughput to identify problems and recommend improvements.
  • Create test cases and automation to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and measure performance.
  • Collaborate with software, firmware, architecture, and product teams throughout development and deployment.
  • Document findings and communicate progress, technical decisions, and next steps.

What we need to see:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant software or systems engineering experience.
  • Experience programming in C and developing or debugging software on Linux.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and experience with RDMA, RoCE, or other high-performance networking technologies.
  • Experience investigating technical issues and evaluating possible solutions.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with customers and colleagues across teams.
  • An interest in learning new technologies and sharing knowledge.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with BlueField, ConnectX, DOCA, DPDK, or RDMA verbs.
  • Knowledge of congestion control, QoS, PFC, or ECN.
  • Familiarity with AI workloads, NCCL, or CUDA.
  • Experience testing or deploying networking solutions at scale.
  • Python or shell scripting experience for diagnostics and automation.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
