What would you do? • Own the end to end design governance and performance of the global Talent Acquisition process across the Hire to Ready lifecycle• Drive process standardization operational efficiency controls digital enablement and continuous improvement across geographies delivery models and hiring cohorts• Serve as the accountable owner for process standards governance decisions and Talent Acquisition process evolution • Deep Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations expertise across the Hire to Ready lifecycle• Strong process design process architecture governance RACI and operating model knowledge• Strong project and program management analytical and problem solving skills• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition KPIs funnel metrics productivity and performance management• Excellent communication stakeholder management coaching and change • Ability to work in complex fast paced global environments while balancing standardization and business requirements• Understanding of service delivery models transition management and commercial considerations• Provide guidance on process governance operating model decisions and best practices
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Technology or related field or equivalent experience• Relevant years of experience in Talent Acquisition recruiting operations HR operations process transformation or related areas• Experience in process design governance standardization transformation and stakeholder management• Experience working in global multi market or large scale delivery environments preferred• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition KPIs funnel metrics productivity and performance management• Excellent communication stakeholder management coaching and change management capabi • Experience with ATS HCM CRM recruiting technologies automation analytics and AI enabled workflows• Lean Six Sigma process transformation HR change management or project management certifications• Experience supporting global RPO managed services or Talent Acquisition transformation programs• Deep Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations expertise across the Hire to Ready lifecycle• Strong process design process architecture governance RACI and operating model knowledge• Strong project and program management analytical and problem solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Global Process Design and Governance• Own and maintain end to end Talent Acquisition process architecture process taxonomy standards controls workflows RACI and operating model alignment• Govern global process standards while supporting approved client geographic regulatory and hiring cohort variations• Talent Acquisition Lifecycle Management• Provide functional leadership across workforce planning requisition management sourcing screening assessment interview management selection offer management pre hire activities and onboarding readiness• Define process entry and exit criteria decision rights handoffs controls and exception management• Operating Model and Risk Management• Define ownership governance and accountability across recruiters administrators sourcing teams delivery teams clients and third party partners• Establish preventive detective and monitoring controls including audit readiness compliance escalation and corrective actions• Process Documentation and Localization• Maintain process maps workflows SOPs RACI documents decision matrices governance artifacts and version control• Govern country client and regulatory variations while maintaining global consistency• Technology and Automation Enablement• Partner with ATS HCM CRM analytics and technology teams to align systems with process requirements• Drive workflow simplification automation analytics and AI enabled process improvements• Testing Training and Transition Support• Support process testing readiness assessments knowledge transfer mobilization service rehearsals and go live stabilization• Enable teams on standards controls governance and process execution• Continuous Improvement and Transformation• Monitor KPIs SLAs funnel performance quality measures and user experience metrics• Identify bottlenecks rework and control gaps and drive process transformation and optimization initiatives• Stakeholder Leadership• Partner with HR leaders Talent Acquisition leaders SMEs tech
