Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.

 

The role

As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.

 

Working as part of our Housekeeping team, you will ensure every room is prepared impeccably for arriving guests and maintained throughout their stay. You will also respond to guest requests with professionalism and care, helping to create memorable experiences through exceptional attention to detail.

 

What you will do

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites to Four Seasons standards
• Replenish amenities, linen, towels, and guest supplies
• Ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Report maintenance concerns and room deficiencies where identified
• Maintain housekeeping pantries and service areas in a clean and organised manner
• Work closely with the wider Housekeeping team to support daily operations
• Deliver personalised service that reflects Four Seasons standards

 

What we are looking for

• Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel environment is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organisational skills
• Positive attitude and team focused approach
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Good spoken English
• Right to Work in the UK

 

What to expect

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Flexibility required across mornings, weekends, and public holidays
