Job Summary**

The Industrial Engineering Trainee at Valeo Management will gain practical experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and mentorship within a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes, including layout optimization, workflow analysis, and time studies.
* Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collect and analyze data related to production performance, bottlenecks, and resource utilization.
* Participate in projects aimed at reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing productivity.
* Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance.
* Learn and apply various industrial engineering tools and techniques.
* Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

* Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
