About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about breakfast cookery and thrives in a fast-paced culinary environment. As a Cook 3, you will support our Ravello breakfast operation, preparing quality breakfast items for both our breakfast buffet and à la carte dining experience. This role primarily works with breakfast preparation and short-order cooking, including eggs, omelettes, pancakes, breakfast meats, potatoes, and other hot and cold breakfast items. Ravello's current breakfast offerings also include items such as French toast, waffles, frittatas, Benedicts, and a variety of egg preparations.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare hot and cold breakfast items for Ravello's breakfast buffet and à la carte service
• Work as a breakfast short-order cook, preparing items quickly while maintaining quality and presentation
• Prepare eggs and omelettes, pancakes, breakfast meats, potatoes, and other breakfast dishes
• Support live or made-to-order breakfast preparation, including omelette service
• Manage multiple orders and food items at once without sacrificing quality or consistency
• Assist with food preparation, organization, and stocking before and throughout service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow recipes, food safety standards, and culinary procedures
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team during high-volume breakfast service
• Remain flexible and willing to cross-train in other culinary areas as business needs require

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of culinary experience
• Breakfast cooking experience preferred, including experience with eggs, omelettes, pancakes, and other hot breakfast items
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and prepare multiple items simultaneously
• A sincere willingness to provide exceptional service to guests and fellow team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to changing business needs
• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in additional culinary areas
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:

• This is an AM breakfast position. A successful candidate will have flexible availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
