Support Lead (Oracle PL/SQL and .Net) - Kochi, India | IQVIA Job

• Support Lead (G140):  please search for Application Support Engineer, Production Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst etc.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
  • Monitor application availability, performance, responsiveness, and overall health.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, defects, and service disruptions.
  • Analyze application logs, system logs, and monitoring alerts to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support application deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and hotfix implementations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Support business users by providing timely technical assistance and issue resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
  • Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities as required
  • Technical Skills:
    • Support applications developed using: ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, Angular, React, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs, etc.
    • Troubleshoot application integrations with internal and external systems.
    • Support authentication, authorization, and security-related configurations.
    • Assist with performance optimization and application tuning activities
    • Database Administration & Support
    • Windows & Linux Server Administration
