Business Support Executive - Centurion, South Africa | IQVIA Job

Role Overview

This role provides day-to-day HR operations and employee support across onboarding, systems administration, employee queries, documentation, claims, and contract extensions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee induction and onboarding, including training employees on key systems, tools, and processes.
• Respond to employee queries, coordinate issue resolution, and follow up on support requests.
• Process weekly cash claims and support cash float applications.
• Manage corporate card applications and related administration.
• Coordinate employee system onboarding and access, including Concur, Payspace, Cnnect, Learning Edge, and MFA.
• Coordinate the ordering and allocation of employee assets.
• Administer the Payspace leave management system, including new-user registration, reporting, and maintenance.
• Provide support for Concur-related queries and issues.
• Coordinate external line manager access to required systems and provide relevant system training.
• Maintain and update employee handbooks, guides, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain master documents and ensure relevant materials are uploaded to internal platforms.
• Coordinate employee contract extensions, working with Key Account Managers to confirm requirements and issue the necessary documentation.
