Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Bell Attendant to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

Are you excited about delivering the best Arrival & Departure experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile position carries a special responsibility. The Bell Attendant uses name usage to greet each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or storage area. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Bell Attendants to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About You:

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and multi-task
• Previous experience within a hotel is preferred
• Work authorization in the United States
