Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to coordinate activities, align efforts across multiple functions, and oversee the progress of deployment initiatives. This position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment of resources and timelines to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of deployment objectives, while also facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support successful implementation.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of deployment strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of deployment activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Knowledge of database management and integration with backend services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full technology stack.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
