Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and successful delivery outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong knowledge of real estate lifecycle processes and integration points within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within SAP RE-FX.
- Ability to design and implement configuration changes and enhancements to meet client-specific needs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP RE-FX modules.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
