In this role, you will:
- Cultivate, expand, and manage complex Commercial Banking relationships within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering strategic financial solutions aligned to client growth objectives.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage sophisticated credit solutions, including cash flow lending, commercial real estate financing, and treasury management opportunities, while maintaining appropriate risk discipline.
- Leverage a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Banking products and services to deliver integrated client solutions across lending, treasury management, investment banking, and other specialized capabilities.
- Utilize formal credit training and strong financial acumen to assess risk, analyze financial performance, identify opportunities, and support sound credit decisions.
- Develop and maintain an established network throughout the Dallas market, generating new business opportunities and strengthening Wells Fargo's market presence.
- Drive business growth through proactive prospecting, referral generation, relationship expansion, and strategic client engagement.
- Partner effectively with credit, treasury management, capital finance, risk, and product teams to deliver a seamless and client-centric banking experience.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business owners, CFOs, and other key decision makers by providing thoughtful advice, market insights, and strategic guidance.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks appropriately while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, operational controls, and Wells Fargo risk management standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication, business development, and relationship management skills, effectively engaging clients, prospects, senior leadership, and internal partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Banking products and services, including complex commercial lending, treasury management, capital solutions, and integrated financial offerings serving clients within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment.
- Completion of a formal credit training program with strong proficiency in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, deal structuring, and portfolio management.
- Established network and market presence throughout the Dallas metropolitan area, with the ability to leverage professional relationships to drive business development and enhance market penetration.
- Proven success managing and growing complex Commercial Banking relationships within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment, serving as a trusted advisor while delivering customized financial solutions that support client growth and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to originate new business opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and drive sustainable portfolio growth through proactive client engagement and market knowledge.
- Strong track record of partnering across Credit, Treasury Management, Capital Finance, Risk, and Product organizations to deliver comprehensive, client-focused solutions and a seamless relationship experience.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers through credibility, influence, and strategic advisory capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to sound risk management practices, including the identification, mitigation, and escalation of risks while maintaining adherence to regulatory, credit, and operational standards.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence clients, prospects, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders.
