OneStream Senior Manager
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: India (Hybrid)
Role Summary
Looking for an experienced OneStream Senior Manager to lead enterprise CPM transformation programs, drive solution architecture, manage client relationships, and oversee end-to-end delivery of OneStream implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead OneStream implementation, upgrade, and managed services engagements.
Own solution architecture, design reviews, and delivery governance.
Manage client stakeholders including Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
Lead requirement workshops and provide strategic recommendations.
Drive project planning, risk management, quality, and successful delivery.
Mentor and manage teams of consultants, leads, and architects.
Support proposals, estimations, RFPs, and business development activities.
Develop practice capabilities, accelerators, and reusable assets.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on OneStream experience.
Expertise in Financial Consolidation, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, and Account Reconciliations.
Strong understanding of Data Integrations, Workflow, Security, and Business Rules.
Experience integrating OneStream with SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other ERP systems.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience leading global delivery teams and large-scale transformation programs.
Preferred
OneStream Certified Professional/Architect.
Experience in Finance Transformation and EPM consulting.
