Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of deployment activities by carefully planning and managing schedules, budgets, and resources. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of deployment efforts. Monitoring progress against the deployment plan and making necessary adjustments to maintain momentum are key aspects of the daily routine. Additionally, the Deployment Lead oversees training initiatives and pilot programs to facilitate smooth transitions and successful implementation of project deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure deployment activities are synchronized and risks are mitigated.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the deployment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Management, Database Activity Monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize application performance in mainframe environments.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and implement tuning strategies to improve system efficiency.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules and coordinating resources across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring and troubleshooting mainframe applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
