·         Hands-on Delivery: Lead process design and delivery enablement activities, including workshop facilitation, requirements definition, current-state analysis, future-state design, process documentation, and coordination with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, business teams, and technical teams to implement process or solution changes.

·         Knowledge and process thought leadership: Stay updated on general market, functional and industry development of general process practice and supporting technology, in support of the process vision and development.

·         Drive stakeholder alignment for complex process changes by framing impacts, facilitating decision discussions, resolving cross-functional concerns, and driving alignment on process direction, priorities, and implementation approach.

·         Lead process design activities across the portfolio, including workshop facilitation, requirements definition, current-state analysis, future-state design, and functional process design.

·         Produce and maintain process documentation, design artifacts, and decision records needed to support alignment and implementation.

·         Measurement & Impact: Define and track value realization metrics for the process to measure transformation outcomes and business value delivered.

·         Critical Process Issue Resolution: Lead structured resolution of complex process issues by partnering with service customers, delivery teams, and internal or external technology partners to identify root causes and define sustainable solutions.
