Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
